9am Open Gym

Service Description

This time is designated to people who want to come in and use the gym on their own time. There will be NO coach leading a class. The board with the programming for the day will be available, but ladies can utilize the gym however they want/need. Expectation is equipment will be wiped down, and returned after use, and class set up will not be disturbed.
